sight was very cool! I own a 87 sr5 coupe (work in progress). I would like to find a gts parts car to do the conversion, although here in northern Va these cars are so rare. strangely 84-87 celicas are all over. I've thought of using parts off of one, maybe rear diff and such.

Hey man, your new intro about you and the ae86, I couldn't have said it better myself for myself man. I'll admit that things like Initial D and the drifting craze got me to actually know about the ae86. But I had waited a long time and took many cars into consideration before buying my 1st car. Your life with this beauty is something that all true enthusiasts, daily driving, track racing, AE86 owners should not only aspire to, but admire. Ryouko

Hey Migs, Just wanted to say that you have a great site here and I really enjoy it. Now, I have a few questions for you... I have recently purchased an AE86 of my own and I was wondering where I could look up the part numbers for the Japanese Domestic Toyota parts (Zenki Bumpers, Trueno Grille Emblem, GT Apex labels, etc) and where I could locate a new rear hatch, as the one that is currently on there is rusted beyone repair. I sold a 1993 240 sx about a year ago thinking it would be easier than it was to get a gt-s. Oh well, anyways maybe we'll run into each other and drift one day. Thanks for your time. Steve

Nice sight Migs. I need help finding replacement rear quarter panels for my 86. On a side note, in Canada the differences in the sr5 and gts are not as great as 1 would think. Because of crash safety and such the chassis is actually very much the same. In regard to the driveline yes there are differences. But if you find a minty sr5 and have a donor rusted out gts to yank the motor, tranny, and rear end out of you'd essentially have a real 86. Thanx. Dill driftin86s@hotmail.com

You're a great guy (even if you dislike the 240sx), and based on what I've heard, a great driver (you'll have to show me what you and that AE86 can do someday), keep up the good work! And even though I know nothing about the AE86 lifestyle, or the car itself, your site is great. Nice web site dude ! Concerning your article on caliper sliders, here's a tip to clean the hole in the caliper. Take a round piece of metal (C), cut a slice in it (A), insert the thing in a drill (not shown in the picture) put sand paper in the slice. You'll probably figure out what to do next...works pretty good IMHO http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v234/drift_answ3r/homemadetool.jpg keep up the good work !

AE86’s are sick and just saying nice job. Keep it real and maybe one day I’ll see you on the hills in CO. just look for a white FC3s (but I’m still a 86 fan). Enjoy the drift.

Migs, your site is complete poop. You are an egotistical ass, and you know absolutely nothing about AE86. Do us all a favour, and remove this stain of a website from the internet. Thank you. Love always, -Dave V.

hahaha Dave you ass, you just added another beer to the large number of beers you already owe me        - Migs

Howdy Migs, awsome site. I find everything you have here to be pretty informative and well written. I myself drive an early model MX-5, but I still find a lot of the information and advice here to be fairly applicable. Keep up the good work. --Tao of Steve
