Here's some pics of Sam (martiniracing) and I doing an engine swap for Spenser after his engine blew it's head gasket. It took us about 7 hours in total, but would have been faster if we didn't mess around with switching water pumps and waiting for other little supplies to come.

 

Engine hoists are the gooder.

These two pics show how easy it is to loop the fluid lines after the power steering pump assembly has been removed. First we filled both lines with fluid, turning the steering wheel lock to lock to be certain as much fluid was in the lines as possible (as little air as possible), then connected the two lines using a hose clamp.
